iNotes 8.0.2 und das iPhone

Notes/Domino 8.0.2 ist in englisch verfügbar (deutsch 24.9.) und beinhaltet eine spezielle Browseranwendung für das iPhone. iNotes ultralite (ehemals Domino Webaccess) erlaubt den direkten Zugriff auf Notes Mail, Kalender und Kontakte. Um einen Eindruck zu gewinnen, kann man sich dieses in einer Testumgebung anschauen.
Voraussetzung dafür ist ein Greenhouse Account.

1.) In Firefox zwei leere Tabs öffnen
2.) In einem der beiden Tabs in Greenhouse anmelden
3.) In dem zweiten Tab den iPhone Simulator aufrufen
4.) In Greenhouse auf Domino Webaccess (=iNotes) wechseln (wenn noch kein eigener Mailfile vorhanden, wird man jetzt aufgefordert einen zu erstellen)
5.) iNotes UI auf Ultralite mode umschalten (s.u.)
6.) Anschließend die URL aus diesem Browserfenster kopieren...
7.) ...und diese dann im iPhone Simulator in das Adreßfeld einfügen

Nun kann man mit dem iPhone Simulator auf sein Mailfile auf Greenhouse zugreifen.

1 Henry Walther      Permalink Das ist natürlich nett, schöner wäre es aber man könnte die Adressen, Mails und Termine auch auf das iPhone synchronisieren. Wie sieht es da mit einer Traveller-Anbindung für das iPhone aus?
